Our Journey
At Evermoon Acres & El Huevón we are more than just a farm – we are a family passionate about community, culture, and quality food. Rooted in Puerto Rican and Dominican traditions, our farm is a place where everyone is welcome to experience the nostalgia of El Campo – the countryside life filled with fresh food, simple joys, and meaningful connections.
How It All Began
Our journey started with a simple belief: good food should be fresh and accessible to all. We wanted to create a space where our love for farming and culture could come together, providing eggs, fresh food, and an experience that reminds people of home.
We take great care of our happy, pasture-raised chickens because we know that happy chickens lay the best eggs. Our farm grew out of a love for nature and sustainability, and we continue to follow eco-friendly farming practices.
More Than Just a Farm
Beyond selling farm-fresh eggs, we are building a farm experience that reflects our values:
- Community First – Our farm is a gathering place where families, children, and visitors can connect, learn, and enjoy a taste of El Campo life.
- Cultural Roots – Inspired by our Puerto Rican and Dominican heritage, we share the sazón (seasoning), traditions, and culture with everyone who visits.
- Sustainability – We farm con cariño (with care), ensuring our animals are treated with respect and our land is preserved for generations to come.
Looking Ahead
As we continue to grow, we’re excited to expand our farm with new offerings, including pasture-raised meat chickens, baby chicks, and even hen rentals. We’re also bringing our farm spirit to life through La Bodega, featuring our mascot rooster and fun designs.
